About the role

  • Serve as a key leader and operational driver of a global total rewards framework
  • Lead the design, oversight, and implementation of compensation, benefits, and leave programs
  • Work closely with executive leadership to ensure compensation and benefits programs support organizational priorities
  • Lead the global compensation philosophy, job architecture, and pay structures
  • Oversee job evaluations, market benchmarking, and classification frameworks
  • Direct annual compensation planning cycles, including merit increases and short-term incentives
  • Optimize the Workday Advanced Compensation module
  • Advise senior leadership on pay transparency and wage compliance
  • Develop and continuously improve global benefits programs
  • Provide strategic consultation to executive leadership and HRBPs on benefits design
  • Lead vendor management, including RFPs and contract negotiation
  • Oversee all global leave of absence and accommodations programs

Requirements

  • 12 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing large-scale global compensation programs
  • Experience leading global benefits governance and compliance across multiple countries
  • Deep knowledge of job evaluation, market pricing, cost modeling, and strategic compensation design
  • Experience managing Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits or similar enterprise-level HRIS systems
  • Strong command of international regulatory frameworks (ERISA, ACA, FLSA, GDPR, pay transparency mandates, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools to translate data into insights
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and present to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and support a globally diverse employee population
  • Familiarity with international compensation trends and benefits programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC
