About the role
- Use your expertise and be actively involved across the entire process — from sourcing and interviews to contract negotiation. A great candidate experience is always your top priority.
- You are responsible for managing and executing our end-to-end recruiting process in close coordination with hiring managers and business units, acting as a trusted advisor for your teams.
- Shape a first-class candidate journey and ensure applicants feel welcome throughout the process.
- In addition to recruiting, you will contribute to other exciting projects and support onboarding of new colleagues — for example, our Welcome Days.
- You enjoy challenging the status quo and contribute creative ideas on how we can continually improve.
Requirements
- You have solid experience in IT in-house recruiting, ideally at an IT service provider.
- You possess excellent communication skills in German and English so you can amend German and Austrian contracts if needed.
- You have a talent for relationship management, especially using an ATS.
- You have experience with at least two ATSs, preferably Ashby, Lever, or Personio.
- You work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- You think creatively and identify top talent using innovative sourcing methods, e.g., on LinkedIn — you know LinkedIn Recruiter inside and out!
- You work independently, are proactive, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues and is open to new ideas.
- Nice to have: experience with tools such as Ashby, Hibob, Personio, and Google Workspace.
