About the role

  • Strategic and operational development of internal IT systems and processes.
  • Planning and management of IT projects.
  • Budget planning and cost control for IT.
  • Ensuring IT security by implementing and monitoring security policies and measures.
  • Implementing data protection regulations and policies in accordance with applicable legal requirements (e.g., GDPR).
  • Conducting regular security reviews and audits, and managing security incidents.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the IT team.
  • Promoting a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience managing and strategically developing cloud services (particularly Google Workspace) and SaaS applications.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in IT security and data protection.
  • Experience in leading and developing IT teams.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and high problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good written and spoken German and English.
