About the role

  • Monitor market trend and work with Consumer and Commercial Product team to define and design new products
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for broadband and IP network evolution
  • Oversee the design, architecture, and lifecycle evolution of IP core networks
  • Lead the evaluation, planning, and introduction of new broadband access technologies
  • Direct customer-premises equipment (CPE) evolution and development
  • Monitor global technology trends, engage with vendors and partners
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and IT teams to ensure network architecture supports business growth
  • Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in network planning, architecture, or development in a telecom service provider environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of senior engineers or technical leads
  • Technical depth in network architecture and broadband systems and strong knowledge of IP/MPLS networks
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good strategic and innovative thinking
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional influence
