Business Analyst

• Develop and execute a comprehensive omni-channel solution strategy
• Lead the innovation roadmap to integrate AI, automation, and data-driven insights into contact centre ecosystems
• Architect and implement orchestrated customer journeys across various channels
• Manage full-cycle solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of omni-channel and AI-powered systems

Financial Crime

• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know-Your-Customer (KYC), and onboarding reviews for individual and merchant customers, including higher-risk cases, in accordance with internal AML policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct name screening and sanctions screening using designated screening systems; analyze and resolve alerts in a timely and accurate manner
• Support transaction monitoring activities, including investigation and escalation of suspicious transaction where appropriate
• Assist in ongoing customer due diligence and periodic reviews to ensure customer risk profiles remain up-to-date
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and ad-hoc information requests from regulators and law enforcement agencies (e.g. HKMA, Companies Registry, Police)
• Maintain proper documentation, case records, and audit trails in line with internal controls and regulatory expectations
• Handle daily case administration, monitoring queues, and workflow management within the Financial Crime Operations team
• Provide support on ad-hoc AML projects, process enhancements, system implementations, or policy reviews as assigned

Implementation Specialist

• Provisioning of IP based services and ad hoc on-site support to PCCW Global client base
• Collaborate with Presales team to understand the Customers business needs and design infrastructure solutions that align with their goals
• Assist customers in the implementation and deployment of infrastructure platforms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and development, to ensure customer requirements are met
• Carry out effective & quality customer service provision on all International IP services, including Layer2 VPN, Layer3 MPLS, Global Internet Access, SDWAN, Managed Router/Firewall Services
• Manage and coordinate with Project Manager the implementing of customized IP Solution Project in configuration and other technical aspect to our customers
• Work with the core engineering team to resolve higher level problems and implement solutions per request
• Participate in provisioning and support of additional products as needed, including NNI/Cloud NNI

IP Provisioning Customer Engineer

• Support existing sales channels in IoT opportunities
• Prospect new customers and partners for eSIM and IoT Connectivity in Europe primarily
• Lead the exploration and qualification of customers and prospects' requirements for eSIM and IoT Connectivity (with presales' support on technical aspects)
• Build business cases on opportunities and pitch them to Management for approval
• Build and maintain a network of local partners to support delivery of projects
• Liaise with in-house technical team and external partners to coordinate on customers' requirements
• Participate in different exhibitions and promote company's eSIM and IoT Connectivity solutions to prospects

• Provisioning of IP based services and ad hoc on-site support to PCCW Global client base, and ad hoc “smart hands” support to other Business Units.
• Collaborate with Presales team to understand the Customers business needs and design infrastructure solutions that align with their goals.
• Assist customers in the implementation and deployment of infrastructure platforms.
• To provide technical support and guidance throughout the process, ensuring a smooth transition and proper integration with existing systems.
• To work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and development, to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Manage and coordinate with Project Manager the implementing of customized IP Solution Project in configuration and other technical aspect to our customers.
• To resolve customer issues during activation and testing by providing technical support mainly remotely, on ad hoc basis on-site.
