About the role
- Develop and establish strategic direction for diverse procurement categories
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive optimal value delivery
- Communicate effectively with business owners to understand their needs
- Manage relationships with vendors and external partners
- Evaluate and select suppliers considering reliability and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure end-to-end bidding lifecycle from tender issuance to contract acceptance
- Regular review and enhancement of procurement policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in Purchasing and Supply field
- At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Experience in procurement related to critical infrastructure sectors such as Electricity, Transportation, and Telecommunications
- Demonstrated success in purchasing management and experience in leading transformation projects
- Proficiency in international trade regulations, sanction laws, and control measures
