About the role

  • A team leader acting as a mentor in device operations drives performance by coaching, guiding, and supporting team members to resolve technical or procedural issues.
  • The incumbent works under the Device Operations Manager, tracking performance, facilitating training, fostering a positive work environment, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Stock replenishment is the strategic process of reordering and restocking products to maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts, and meets sales demand.
  • It involves analyzing sales data to set reorder points and moving goods from storage to retail locations.
  • New project engagement facilitates user requirements by defining "what" must be delivered to solve system or operational issues, ensuring stakeholder agreement and project success.
  • A Business Unit (BU) Anchor acting as a user representative reviews operation issues by analyzing system enhancements, refining process flows, and validating reporting accuracy to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma graduate in Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Process the knowhow of warehouse management and auditing
  • Exceptional communication to align operational goals with business strategy
  • Self-motivated, committed and able to work independently under pressure
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint), especially in Excel
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
