About the role
- Implement, configure, and maintain IT/Broadcast system.
- Work hand-on with Cisco networking, VMware, and Active Directory to ensure a reliable and secure infrastructure.
- Prepare comprehensive system and network documentations including design specifications, maintenance procedure, and routine checklists.
- Support day-to-day system operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with Broadcast Engineer, Software Engineer and Networking teams to delivery end-to-end facility solutions.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and provide daily helpdesk technical support to internal users.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 year solid working experience in Desktop, Server and Network administration
- Certifications such as MCSE or CCAN are preferred.
- Practical experience with MS Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Server, Data Backup solution, IIS, Apache, VMware
- Experience in designing, building and maintaining system and network infrastructure
- Responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both English and Cantonese
