About the role

  • Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns and promotions across omni‑channels, including SMS/MMS, eDM, e‑commerce and other digital platforms, to support customer acquisition and upselling.
  • Launch end‑to‑end marketing initiatives by collaborating with vendors, designers, channels and operations teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct analysis to refine strategies, improve ROI, and maximize business impact.
  • Provide operational support to the team and manage ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e‑commerce.
  • Proficiency in online marketing strategies and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality, accurate results.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and data‑driven decision making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
