About the role
- Manage incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries from customers
- Provide assistance and cross-selling a variety of services
- Log all customer inquiries in the system clearly and concisely
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or unresolved issues
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights
- Support ad-hoc assignments and additional duties as required
Requirements
- Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and service orientation complemented by excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is essential
- Previous experience in sales, events, or a leadership role is a plus
- Immediate availability is preferred
