About the role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of radio network projects such as new site deployment, network expansions, upgrades, and maintenance activities from planning to production
- Prepare and publish dashboards and report on project progress
- Monitor project performance and make adjustments to meet project objectives
- Work with various Engineering teams and Project Stakeholders to help resolve issues and remove project blockers
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes
- Ensure all projects comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and company policies
- Lead quarterly updates on project prioritization
Requirements
- Bachelor / Degree holder in Business, Management, or Engineering
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in the mobile industry is a plus, preferably in network rollout projects
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills able to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of telecom industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent spoken and good writing skills in both Chinese and English.
