About the role
- Sell products or services for the company and represent the Paytm brand to merchants
- Manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to purchase
- Drive distribution and expansion metrics with a channel sales team
- Lead and manage a sales team (previous experience handling a 5-member sales team required)
- Use data and Excel to track sales performance and incentives
- Work with QR & Soundbox business tools to help merchants grow and manage their business
Requirements
- Must have Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
- Candidate must have a zeal for Growth
- Candidate should have good market knowledge
- Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
- Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
- Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
- More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handing experience is a must
- Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
- Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
