About the role

  • Sell products or services and represent the Paytm brand
  • Manage relationships with customers from initial lead outreach to purchase
  • Grow distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations
  • Deploy and sell QR & Sound box products to increase visibility and accountability
  • Identify and recruit sales team, coach and mentor field staff
  • Plan market size, span and geographies for FSE
  • Communicate plans/targets to the team to minimize expectation vs delivery gap
  • Monitor quality parameters and validate/conduct audits on team acquisitions and sales
  • Ensure team members are active in market and drive sales & usage

Requirements

  • Candidates from Direct Sales, B2C, Telecom, FMGC, Fintech or Device sales domains will be preferred
  • 2-8 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/ business development
  • Min Qualification – Graduation / MBA
  • Reporting Matrix: will report to the Area Sales Manager(ASM) and will have 10-20 field executives as direct reports
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring
  • Quick learner who grasps and puts into application new learned ideas and concepts
  • Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area
  • Local candidates are preferred
