Revenue Operations

• Manage the Stack: Serve as a core administrator for HubSpot and the broader revenue tech stack, handling user management, security, and resolving technical issues.
• Integration Support: Maintain and optimize integrations between HubSpot and other tools to ensure a seamless, bi-directional flow of data.
• System Connectivity: Support the continuous improvement of our RevTech stack to ensure connectivity between our Sales processes and their systems (e.g., seamless user experience).
• Automation & Efficiency: Evaluate our tech stack for efficiency, implementing low-code/no-code automation (e.g., Zapier) to speed up execution and reduce manual work.
• Full-Funnel Lifecycle Operations: Build and manage the technical workflows of the revenue funnel from initial lead capture and enrichment to opportunity creation, deal stage progression, and closed won.
• Scoring & Validation: Implement strategic requirements into technical logic by building lead scoring models and routing workflows, alongside opportunity validation rules to ensure pipeline rigor.
• Attribution & Velocity Tracking: Maintain multi-touch attribution models to track contribution, and analyze conversion rates and velocity through both lead and opportunity stages to identify stalled deals.
• Handoffs & Rules of Engagement: Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to enforce clear definitions for Lifecycle Stages and Opportunity Stages, automating handoffs and SLA enforcement to eliminate friction between teams.
• Data Stewardship: Implement and manage automated programs for data hygiene, enrichment, and progressive profiling, serving as the first line of defense for database health.
• Process Engineering: Map, document, and continuously improve revenue processes to increase velocity and remove friction.
• Funnel Analysis: Analyze funnel performance to identify trends, bottlenecks, or system gaps, and recommend workflow adjustments to improve pipeline efficiency.
• Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that track "North Star" metrics, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence to provide leadership with visibility into revenue health.

Revenue Operations Manager

Security Engineer

• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures in collaboration with relevant teams to protect organizational data and systems.
• Document data architecture, integrations, and security controls, ensuring ongoing maintenance and adherence to security best practices.
• Manage and lead an Information Security team, partnering with key stakeholders in IT, Technologies and other parts of the business as needed.
• Continuously analyze and anticipate enterprise-wide security needs, including threat detection, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Manage organizational security tools, including zero-trust access tools, to support secure authentication (e.g., SSO, O-Auth) and access control across all applications.
• Oversee the management of MDM suites across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, including inventory management, software deployment, and endpoint security policies.
• Conduct continuous analysis of security processes, technologies, and vendors to identify and implement improvements that enhance our security posture.
• Monitor vendors to ensure they meet security requirements and provide the best possible service and value via Third Party Risk Reviews and other needed processes.
• Develop and conduct security training for employees to promote a security-aware culture.
• Document support models for endpoints, cloud assets, mobile devices, and SaaS applications (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace), focusing on secure configuration and maintenance.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for security upgrades and new technologies.
• Ensure that our security measures and technical capabilities align with audit standards, such as SOC2 and NIST.
• Follow standards set for Information Security Officer as set forth in NIST 800-53.
• Efficiently manage our security software and hardware inventory, including licensing and cost management.

Senior Manager, Information Security Officer

Sales

• Manage and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives. You will guide them through the full sales cycle—from lead generation and responding to inbounds to final negotiation—for the Mid-Market (1,000–4,999 lives) segment. Team will be based in various states across the country - remote leading.
• Own a personal revenue target by managing your own Mid-Market portfolio (employers sized 1,000–4,999 lives) within an assigned territory.
• Lead by example in prospecting, presenting, and closing. You will show up for every call with a baseline understanding of the employer’s business and the ability to create an emotive connection through to closed/won.
• Partner closely with VP, Growth to develop a business plan that ensures both you and your direct reports hit revenue goals consistently. You will oversee team’s CRM (HubSpot) hygiene and be obsessed with managing pipeline-to-goal.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with brokers who serve the Mid-Market. Coordinate and host market events to drive education and ensure Paytient is the top of mind and standard of care for their clients.
• Partner with Growth Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize lead flow and sales tools.
• Conduct and attend weekly 1:1s with team members and VP, Growth to review team performance and personal pipeline, making clear, direct asks for support to remove roadblocks.

Mid-market Sales Manager

Account Executive

• Own the Mountain and West territory, and be responsible for the full sales cycle with employers that are HQ’d in your set region with an employee population of 250 to 1,000.
• Focus on building trusted, long term relationships that yield recurring revenue opportunities.
• Build your pipeline by working directly with a focused list of broker(s), or with the employer directly. The broker/employer engagement strategy will vary by deal, and you will leverage your 2–3 years of sales expertise to determine how best to navigate the sale, and determine who requires a seat at the table.
• Partner closely with VP, Growth to develop a business plan that allows you to hit your revenue goals with confidence on a quarterly basis.
• Coordinate several sales contracts simultaneously, and act fully responsible to your customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business, while growing existing accounts.
• Use your solution selling expertise to respond efficiently to customer needs and identify business potential in order to create a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers.
• Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement, including virtual and face-to-face meetings, hosting Lunch and Learns at your assigned broker offices to drive education/consideration, and regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and LinkedIn posts that will attract their attention.
• Prioritize and be present at key industry events where your assigned customers will be present to generate market interest.
• Work in partnership with our team of Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnership Lead, and Enterprise Sales leads to maximize all sales opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to provide feedback on any CRM and/or Sales tool enhancements that will increase our ease of doing business.
• Maintain accuracy in Hubspot hygiene across all deals on a weekly basis, and be obsessed with managing pipeline to goal.

Sales Account Executive – Small Market

• Own the West and Mountain territory, and be responsible for the full sales cycle with employers that are HQ’d in your set region with an employee population of 1,000 to 5,000.
• Focus on building trusted, long term relationships that yield recurring revenue opportunities.
• Build your pipeline by working directly with a focused list of broker(s), or with the employer directly. The broker/employer engagement strategy will vary by deal, and you will leverage your 4–6 years of sales expertise to determine how best to navigate the sale, and determine who requires a seat at the table.
• Partner closely with VP, Growth to develop a business plan that allows you to hit your revenue goals with confidence on a quarterly basis.
• Coordinate several sales contracts simultaneously, and act fully responsible to your customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Own the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business, while growing existing accounts.
