• Foster a collaborative and high-performing R&D culture that thrives on innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality software development.
• Partner with product, marketing, and operations to ensure R&D efforts are well-aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee project management, resource allocation, and budget control to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to keep Payset at the forefront of the FinTech industry.
