About the role
- Manage multichannel interactions (email, WhatsApp)
- Classify, prioritize, and document each request or incident in Zendesk
- Perform proactive follow-ups on tickets
- Identify patterns, friction points, or recurring root causes
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience
- Collaborate in updating and enriching the internal Knowledge Base
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams
- Monitor key CX indicators
Requirements
- Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields
- Customer service management knowledge
- Claims resolution knowledge
- Basic understanding of consumer protection regulations
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years in customer service or related functions
- Experience in banking, finance, retail, eCommerce, or payments is a plus
