About the role

  • Manage multichannel interactions (email, WhatsApp)
  • Classify, prioritize, and document each request or incident in Zendesk
  • Perform proactive follow-ups on tickets
  • Identify patterns, friction points, or recurring root causes
  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience
  • Collaborate in updating and enriching the internal Knowledge Base
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams
  • Monitor key CX indicators

Requirements

  • Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields
  • Customer service management knowledge
  • Claims resolution knowledge
  • Basic understanding of consumer protection regulations
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1–2 years in customer service or related functions
  • Experience in banking, finance, retail, eCommerce, or payments is a plus
