About the role

  • Lead and develop the Financial Crime Investigations team
  • Drive analytics-led investigations using patterns and big data
  • Own end-to-end case management from intake to reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions

Requirements

  • 5+ years in fraud/financial crime investigations in payments/e-commerce/gaming/banking
  • Experience leading operational teams
  • Hands-on in big data/analytics (SQL, Splunk, Python)
  • Good understanding of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • Proficiency in case management systems (Salesforce)
  • Solid grasp of consumer fraud typologies and regulatory expectations (FCA/CBI)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of real-time decisioning/risk engines
  • Knowledge of APP fraud management frameworks
