About the role
- Lead and develop the Financial Crime Investigations team
- Drive analytics-led investigations using patterns and big data
- Own end-to-end case management from intake to reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions
Requirements
- 5+ years in fraud/financial crime investigations in payments/e-commerce/gaming/banking
- Experience leading operational teams
- Hands-on in big data/analytics (SQL, Splunk, Python)
- Good understanding of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Proficiency in case management systems (Salesforce)
- Solid grasp of consumer fraud typologies and regulatory expectations (FCA/CBI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of real-time decisioning/risk engines
- Knowledge of APP fraud management frameworks
