About the role
- Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring managers to support hiring across Corporate and Commercial business lines
- Execute full cycle hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Provide market insights and candidate feedback to inform hiring decisions and improve processes
- Track and report on hiring activity and candidate pipelines within your verticals
- Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Partners, People Partners, and People Enablement locally and globally to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring practices
- Support DEI, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Be a subject matter expert within your verticals internally and externally
- Participate in vertical meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices
- Assist in coordinating global hiring efforts within specific categories or functions
- Maintain strong candidate experience and uphold excellence in hiring standards across all touchpoints
- Project ownership and accountability within designated categories
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience hiring within Finance or agency background hiring in Finance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hiring metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members
- Passion for talent acquisition, candidate experience, and continuous improvement.
