About the role

  • Partner with the Senior Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring managers to support hiring across Corporate and Commercial business lines
  • Execute full cycle hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Provide market insights and candidate feedback to inform hiring decisions and improve processes
  • Track and report on hiring activity and candidate pipelines within your verticals
  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Partners, People Partners, and People Enablement locally and globally to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring practices
  • Support DEI, employer branding, and process improvement initiatives
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships
  • Be a subject matter expert within your verticals internally and externally
  • Participate in vertical meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Assist in coordinating global hiring efforts within specific categories or functions
  • Maintain strong candidate experience and uphold excellence in hiring standards across all touchpoints
  • Project ownership and accountability within designated categories

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience hiring within Finance or agency background hiring in Finance
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hiring metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members
  • Passion for talent acquisition, candidate experience, and continuous improvement.
