At least 4-6 years of experience with Go/GoLang
Advanced understanding of microservices architecture and software development
Experience in guiding technical direction and mentoring junior developers—without direct people management responsibilities
Experience and knowledge with AI tooling is considered an advantage
Good understanding and experience with Kafka
Good knowledge of basic security concepts
Desire to learn and to be challenged
Working command of the English language
Knowledge in any of the following - AWS/Kubernetes/Ruby would be an advantage
