About the role

  • Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for chargeback management solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze scheme rule changes.
  • Build business cases and propose new initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for chargebacks.
  • Monitor KPIs related to chargeback win rates and operational throughput.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant scheme rules and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in payments, fraud, risk, or chargeback management.
  • Deep understanding of chargeback and dispute resolution processes.
  • Experience engaging with acquirers, processors, merchants, or networks.
  • Familiarity with chargeback automation technologies and AI-driven fraud solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills using SQL or similar tools.
  • Experience writing user stories and working with Agile development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, required; or additional experience in lieu of education.
