About the role
- Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for chargeback management solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze scheme rule changes.
- Build business cases and propose new initiatives.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for chargebacks.
- Monitor KPIs related to chargeback win rates and operational throughput.
- Ensure compliance with relevant scheme rules and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in payments, fraud, risk, or chargeback management.
- Deep understanding of chargeback and dispute resolution processes.
- Experience engaging with acquirers, processors, merchants, or networks.
- Familiarity with chargeback automation technologies and AI-driven fraud solutions.
- Strong analytical skills using SQL or similar tools.
- Experience writing user stories and working with Agile development teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, required; or additional experience in lieu of education.
