About the role
- Analyze global strategic investment opportunities for corporate development
- Assist in sourcing, qualification, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal closing activities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to support deals and portfolio companies
- Identify and qualify new investment ideas and companies from internal and external sources
- Deliver insightful reports to senior leaders on the dynamics of the venture ecosystem
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Partner with Corporate Development and functional leads to scope and manage end-to-end due diligence workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to assess risk and inform deal structuring.
- Translate deal rationale into integration objectives and design fit-for-purpose operating models.
- Lead integration readiness assessments and post-close execution.
