Actively participate in the technical discovery phase with customers to understand their needs and requirements
Assist customers during the integration and onboarding process, ensuring smooth and successful deployment of solutions
Explain complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical audiences
Record and review the solutioning process with the integration team to ensure technical and business requirements are met
Represent the technical voice of the customer internally, participating in product design and roadmap reviews

Requirements

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a presales consultant, solutions engineer, technical account manager, systems architect, or similar position
At least 3 years of experience working directly with large enterprise clients is preferred
Industry experience with payments, merchant services, e-commerce, and/or retail
Working knowledge of API and web technologies (REST, GraphQL, JavaScript)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
