- Optimize design processes and workflows for Merchant XD team
- Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs
- Provide technical guidance and support to program teams
- Establish and maintain program management processes and standards
- Monitor program progress and performance against objectives
- Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership
- Manage program budgets and resources

Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment.
- Bachelor's degree in design, business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in design operations, design program management, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Expert in user-centered methodologies.
- Proactive approach to work, comfortable in ambiguity with an ability to get work organized and completed.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.
- Experience with design tools and software (e.g., Asana, Figma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
