About the role
- Develop plans to enhance the user and customer experience across the digital and physical products
- Perform more-complex customer experiences that require highly specialized user interface and product design knowledge
- Lead some projects or programs within the product function and may coordinate activities of others
- Design process, product, and service improvements based on understanding of business needs and industry trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user needs are prioritized in design processes
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5+ years working in product design, with a blend of UX and visual design strengths
- A portfolio of work, showcasing design excellence in delivering impactful business outcomes
- Experience working at either an agency or from within a consumer facing app
- Mastery of product design methodology and lifecycle across significant channels and platforms
- Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights
- Thorough knowledge of essential channels and platforms, with experience in mobile, dedicated, web and native solution design
- Solid mastery of Figma and prototyping tools
