About the role
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
- Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience with a focus on credit card acquisition.
- Deep expertise in credit card acquisition funnels, from awareness through conversion.
- Proven track record of driving adoption for financial products and hitting goals in a test-and-learn environment.
- Experience with segmentation, messaging, and positioning for financial products to drive conversion across various channels including email, checkout, and landing pages.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a personally held standard for quality that consistently exceeds what's asked.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of data and creativity — equally at home in a spreadsheet and a creative brief.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, engineering, bank partners, and legal in a highly regulated and matrixed environment.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Journey Optimizer a plus.
- Fluency with AI tools to accelerate research, content development, competitive analysis, and campaign ideation.
