About the role

  • Define and lead the global employee relations strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational culture, legal compliance, and business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR leaders on complex employee relations issues, risk mitigation, and organizational change.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-wide programs that enhance manager capability, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams to manage investigations, regulatory matters, and high-risk cases with consistency and integrity.
  • Drive proactive initiatives to identify trends, reduce risk, and promote a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced degree in HR, Employment Law, Business, or related field preferred (JD, MBA, or equivalent a plus).
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, with a track record of successfully resolving employee disputes.
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and separations, grievance handling, and workplace investigations with experience managing in a Global environment.
  • Knowledge and practical familiarity of U.S., EMEA and APAC employment law and frameworks, including investigations best practices and regulatory considerations.
