About the role
- Independently plan and execute operational processes
- Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements
- Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes
- Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions
- Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets
- Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners
- Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes including purchase orders, invoicing, goods receipts, and accruals
- Experience managing operating budgets, tracking expenses, and partnering with Finance teams on reporting and forecasting
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling), Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint
- Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort preparing materials for senior leadership audiences
