- Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex engineering operational programs
- Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs
- Provide technical guidance and support to program teams
- Communicate program status and issues to senior leadership
- Manage program budgets and resources

Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with program management methodologies and tools within an engineering environment
- Agile lifecycle management experience preferred
- Good knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates and management techniques
