Establish strong product engineering practices that balance experimentation, speed, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Partner closely with Product, Risk, Marketing, and Operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Own multi-quarter roadmaps that scale PayJoy’s consumer financial products across countries and device ecosystems.
Build and develop high-performing Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and senior engineers.
Continuously evolve team structure as products, scale, and market complexity grow.

Requirements

Proven ability to deliver complex B2C mobile products end-to-end with measurable business impact.
10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including leading multiple teams delivering consumer-facing digital product at scale.
Experience owning production systems, operational excellence, and reliability practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
Fintech experience is strongly preferred.
Exposure to Android firmware, OEM integrations, or mobile device management is helpful but not required.
