About the role

  • The Territory Manager is the first level of commercial leadership responsible for leading the management and expansion of the business partner portfolio and, consequently, sales revenue.
  • Simultaneously builds strong relationships with the field sales team and store decision-makers throughout their territory.
  • Drives partner loyalty and satisfaction through innovative solutions.
  • Implements effective commercial strategies and analyzes performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and achieve established objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) required.
  • Solid experience in signing and activating new business partners in Customer Service, Field Sales, Software Sales, Telecommunications, or Smartphones/Retail with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to effectively engage retail partners and distributors, fostering loyalty and collaboration.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends and develop actionable strategies for revenue growth and partner support.
  • Strong communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to train and engage diverse sales teams and partners effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (such as Zoho, Smartcube, or other robust platforms), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Own vehicle and availability to travel.
