About the role

  • - Assist Business Partners in implementing global HR programs, including Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Leadership Development.
  • - Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Global Ops employees.
  • - Act as a mediator for local workplace issues and promote a positive organizational environment.
  • - Assist in the annual performance review cycle, providing guidance and support to managers throughout the process.
  • - Research employee trends to identify opportunities for increasing engagement and retention across different markets.
  • - Maintain accurate employee data and provide regular reports on turnover, headcount, and other HR metrics.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
  • - Recent graduate or 0–2 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational or global organization; experience in BPO, Tech, or Shared Services sectors is a plus.
  • - Strong ability to work with HRIS data and Excel to support global reporting needs.
  • - Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with stakeholders across different time zones.
  • - Collaborative, resourceful, detail-oriented, analytical, with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
