About the role
- Equip Sales and Marketing teams with tailored tools and content to improve commercial performance
- Design and maintain Sales activation packs for Go-to-Market: sales decks, product documentation
- Lead training programs aligned with product launches and Sales priorities
- Structure a product onboarding journey for new Sales hires and collaborate with Sales Enablement
- Maintain and enhance a product acclimatization program for Marketing teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in enablement, product marketing, or commercial roles within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience creating training programs and commercial activation content
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on prioritizing field impact
- Native/bilingual proficiency in French and intermediate English
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Experience using AI tools to optimize efficiency
