About the role

  • Act as a financial partner to business leaders to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead the annual budgeting, financial forecasting and re-forecasting processes
  • Prepare and present in-depth financial analyses, including Budget vs Forecast vs Actual variances
  • Produce and enhance monthly financial reports for management (revenue, expenses, margins, key metrics)
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate growth opportunities, investments and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure the integrity, consistency and reliability of financial data
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and optimization of reporting tools
  • Mentor and support junior analysts, as needed
  • Work closely with Accounting, Sales, Operations and other key teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline
  • 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or a similar role
  • CPA, CMA or CFA designation strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, performance metrics and profitability levers
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Self-starter with strong critical thinking and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
