Product Manager

• Own and manage the PaydFlex product roadmap
• Work directly with hotel operators, HR teams, finance teams, and operations managers to deeply understand workflow pain points
• Translate operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
• Prioritise features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, acceptance testing, and release planning
• Analyse product usage, operational metrics, and customer feedback to improve the platform continuously
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows using technology and AI
• Ensure new features improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative burden for customers
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success
