About the role
- Facilitate Agile Processes: Guide teams through agile practices, including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Team Productivity: Take ownership of team productivity, continuously deliver quality products, build high-performing teams, address performance issues constructively.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in team processes and efficiency.
- Motivation and Support: Motivate the team to deliver maximum value and support their professional growth.
- Dependency/Risk Management: Provide visibility into team impediments, risks, and challenges, and work with program-level management to address them.
- Project Management: Drive project management related aspects.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of significant scrum master experience with cross-functional Tech teams.
- Strong technical acumen.
- In depth understanding of sdlc and project life cycle.
- Proven analytical skills to address complex issues and ability to think and communicate at different levels of detail and across different levels of the organization.
- Ability to understand technical requirements, identify risks and dependencies early, and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure successful delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority, lead cross-functional alignment, and represent your team with clarity and confidence.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Experience with industry standard agile and project management tools.
