About the role
- Facilitate the recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation of India IT Engineers
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient and effective service levels
- Provide leadership and technical advice to resolve problems
- Direct Technicians/Engineers including staff development, performance appraisal, and goal development
- Act as the focal point for recruiting activities related to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring with IT
- Evaluate performance, promotion, termination, and disciplinary action
- Supervise training of personnel and recommend, implement, and monitor on-the-job training
- Identify training, documentation, and system enhancement needs
- Track and report statistics to the leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Information Technology
- 2 years of experience in Management
- 8 years of experience in Related field
- Ability to live the Paychex Values
