Lead the delivery and execution of the Dashboard platform by managing resources, timelines and team members effectively while maintaining high quality standards
Drive accountability for deploying and monitoring solutions by ensuring proper alignment of technical resources and skill sets
Partner with Product Management and other stakeholders to make strategic decisions that benefit our customers, measured through clear communication and data-driven decision making
Guide the technical direction of the Dashboard platform through intelligent insights and operational rigor in reporting
Identify and remove process bottlenecks and technical constraints before they impact team success
Build and manage a world-class engineering team through timely feedback, career development, and swift action on performance issues
Champion engineering excellence by implementing best practices around testing, monitoring, and incident response

Requirements

7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years of engineering management experience
Strong technical background in full-stack web development, with expertise in modern frontend frameworks and backend systems
Experience building and scaling customer-facing applications with complex authentication, authorization and workflow requirements
Track record of successfully delivering large technical initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams
Experience implementing engineering best practices, monitoring, and operational excellence in a high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor and grow engineering talent
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work
Previous experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus.
