• Propose, own, and define key strategic GDN initiatives and programs with minimal guidance from framing through delivery
• Proactively identify areas of opportunity, assess their value, and build comprehensive execution plans with clear success criteria
• Define measurable success criteria/KPIs and drive cross-functional achievement of the plans
• Continuously evaluate our operational processes or information sharing and improve or replace them via AI-enabled workflows
• Proactively identify and weave business, legal, regulatory, and operational considerations into GDN initiative plans
• Partner with the Head of Network Operations and cross-functional leaders to craft and align on KPIs/multi-quarter strategy
• Iterate on ROI framework for GDN investments to drive maximum KPI impact
• Track market context and competitive dynamics to inform strategic direction
• Maintain strong working relationships and earn trust across Account Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Ops, and Product teams
• Communicate program status, strategy, timing, and risks clearly to all stakeholders

Manager, Network Strategy – Operations

Support Engineer

• Define and Evolve Support: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to design support operations that anticipate customer needs and continually raise the bar for service.
• Client Onboarding Collaboration: Work closely with Solutions Engineers to architect onboarding experiences for high-profile enterprise clients, combining technical know-how with a deep understanding of user journeys.
• Proactive Support: Go beyond issue reporting to monitor platform activity and collaborate with developers, infrastructure, and product to spot and solve pain points before they impact clients.
• Process Automation: Identify manual, repetitive workflows across the support function and build automations that free the team to focus on higher-impact work and get ahead of customer issues before they surface.
• Brokerage Support: Investigate trade discrepancies, support asset movement, and monitor trade execution quality in close collaboration with Asset and Brokerage Operations teams to keep brokerage clients running without disruption.
• Strategic Partnership: Build relationships with big-name institutions, acting as both a technical expert and advocate for client success throughout their lifecycle at Paxos.
• Continuous Innovation: Document breakthroughs, codify new best practices, and lead post-incident reviews that shape how support scales for rapid growth.

Technical Support Engineer

Controller

• Own the close and financial statements. Drive the monthly, quarterly and annual close end-to-end for all Paxos entities.
• Set and defend accounting policy. Lead technical accounting research for new products, transactions and structures.
• Own financial audit and controls. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Be a financial architecture partner for the business. Work with Product and Engineering at the design phase of new products.
• Shape quote-to-cash and revenue recognition. Partner with commercial and legal teams to design scalable quote‑to‑cash processes.
• Build the team and infrastructure. Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.
