Accountant

• Oversee daily accounting activities including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations
• Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and applicable healthcare regulations
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, and executive leadership
• Support accounting for medical imaging solutions, software licensing, services, and long-term projects
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate cost and revenue alignment

Chief Accountant

Project Manager

• Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion on time and within budget, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Creates project charter and manages the scope of the project, including customer priorities and expectations of product and services.
• Leads, facilitates, coordinates, and tracks day-to- day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, established processes, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract.
• Acts as the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
• Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects.
• Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties.
• Creates and uses project plans for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develops effective action plans for resolution, including the timely escalation of project issues or risks.
• Provides leadership, direction and communication for customers and Paxera Health project team.
• Accurately forecasts current and future go-live project along with quarterly revenue for each assigned project.
• Uses governance tools (scope document, project status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, and basecamp, etc.), for all assigned projects, to effectively manage all projects.
• Performs project and workflow designs.
• Develops and delivers effective presentations to departmental managers, colleagues, clients, distributors and other stakeholder groups as needed to manage projects.

Customer Support

• Acts as 2nd level advanced Paxera product software support to clients, L1 technical support and implementations
• Works to exceed customer’s service expectations and deliver best in KLAS service
• Responds to user requests for service and investigates error messages to determine nature and extent of support needed
• Documents and escalates unresolved problem tickets to appropriate department for issue resolution
• Attends conferences, exhibitions and trade shows as needed to ensure technical issues are resolved timely
• Prepares weekly activity reports as needed for customer or sales
• Provides immediate notification to Technical Support Manager and team regarding major service failures or customer system outages
• Maintains training on PaxeraHealth’s products, policies and procedures
• Maintains training on the latest technologies ensuring that own expertise and knowledge in the support, operation and installation of any application of Paxera products and programs is maintained
• Utilizes advanced tools to analyze network communication affecting the use of Paxera’s applications
• Troubleshoots, configures and installs PaxeraHealth’s family of products for clients and potential clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
• Performs hardware/software upgrades to existing computer equipment as needed
• Provides proactive service based on system monitoring information
• Performs technical tasks in assisting with project implementation such as installing virtual machines, OSs and software and scripting
• Helps clients to understand Paxera technologies in relation to imaging and clinical workflows
• Investigates appropriate areas of potential problems and elevates to L3 Support or to the TS Manager if resolution cannot be determined
• Works with TSE-L3 and Development on detailed documentation of problem tickets for resolution or submission of product enhancement request
• Works with 3rd party software vendors to resolve problems where Paxera’s products are integrated
• Updates internal documentation and technical support content when after go lives changes are made to Paxera products and programs

Customer Care L2

Marketing

• Develop and implement the company's long-term strategic goals
• Lead marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and market positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies

Head of Strategy and Marketing

• Serve as the highest level of technical support for PaxeraHealth clients.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and technical issues across healthcare imaging systems.
• Implement PaxeraHealth software solutions in cloud-based, virtual, and physical environments.
• Support integrations with PACS, RIS/HIS, EMRs, and third-party healthcare IT solutions.
• Document project activity, contribute to knowledge-based content, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure successful installations and timely resolution of service requests.
• Provide expert input and support in conferences, demos, or onsite engagements when needed.
