Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in recruiting (agency + corporate mix preferred)
  • Must reside within 2 hours of Denver, CO (Hybrid)
  • Full-time | Exempt | Non-sponsorable
  • Tech-savvy recruiting chops; fluent in ATS platforms (Greenhouse & Workday)
  • Comfortable recruiting commercial and technical roles
  • Growth mindset and curiosity
