About the role
- Support multiple senior leaders and enable them to focus on strategic initiatives
- Coordinate calendar management, including scheduling meetings and sending reminders (25%)
- Book travel, manage itineraries, and process reimbursements (30%)
- Prioritize and manage executive inboxes and draft responses (10%)
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, handle tech logistics, attend meetings, and capture notes (20%)
- Plan internal events, draft communications, and create presentations (10%)
- Serve as a trusted partner, build relationships, and manage operational details
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support
- Master of the Microsoft Suite
- Experience with inboxes, calendars, and T&E systems
- Ability to pivot between personalities and priorities with grace and professionalism
- Communicate clearly, act with urgency, and make smart decisions
- Handle confidential information with discretion and care
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in tech, cloud, or channel industries is a plus
