About the role
- Source and identify qualified candidates for high-volume, non-exempt/hourly positions across multiple locations or departments
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, ATS, social media, referrals, and local/community outreach
- Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Manage high candidate flow while ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and progress
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and other volume-recruiting initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume or hourly/non-exempt roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high applicant volume simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and common sourcing tools/job boards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet aggressive hiring deadlines.
