About the role

  • Central point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related and employment-law matters
  • Execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, including all HR-related documentation
  • Roll-out and implementation of HR concepts (e.g., Recruiting, Talent Management) within the business units
  • Initial employment-law assessment of individual personnel measures
  • Collaboration with works council bodies
  • Preparation and drafting of works agreements
  • Implementation of personnel (special) individual measures (primarily warnings, termination agreements, dismissals)
  • HR special topics/HR projects on-site as well as support for group-wide HR projects
  • Oversight of employee development measures

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification
  • 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in HR management, ideally in the logistics environment
  • Experience working with the works council
  • Strong expertise in employment law
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP HCM
  • Professional demeanor, empathy, and strong communication skills at all hierarchy levels
  • High degree of flexibility, self‑initiative, and assertiveness
  • Solution-oriented and implementation-focused working style combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Pragmatic approach to work
