About the role
- Management of the recruiting process (from job posting to offer generation)
- Planning and execution of the onboarding process and primary point of contact for new employees
- Close collaboration with HR Business Partners, managers and other relevant stakeholders
- Organization and procurement of workwear and rental laundry
- Handling HR special topics and actively contributing to HR projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business, psychology, or a comparable program with a focus on HR
- Initial professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a manufacturing/production environment
- Confident user of MS Office, SAP HCM and common applicant tracking systems, with an affinity for modern recruiting solutions
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Strong service and consultative orientation and a good sense for diverse target groups
- Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility and team spirit
