About the role

  • Optimization and further development of production processes
  • Actively driving improvement initiatives within the KVP (continuous improvement) process
  • Introducing and embedding new processes and methods within the Supply Chain organization
  • Developing strategies for process and interface optimization
  • Systematically identifying optimization potentials to improve operational KPIs using Lean methods
  • Initiating and monitoring data-driven decision processes to measure improvements and identify optimization opportunities
  • Transferring knowledge and supporting the practical implementation of improvement measures
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to solve problems, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Completed degree or Meister qualification in the FMCG field (ideally Food Technology or Brewing)
  • Several years of professional experience in Operational Excellence, process optimization, or a related field (preferably in food or beverage manufacturing)
  • Extensive knowledge of management methodologies such as TPM, KVP, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
  • Solid IT skills working with process control systems and basic knowledge of SAP/ERP and MES
  • Strong team skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
  • High motivation and willingness to take responsibility and actively drive initiatives
  • Professional and open communication that contributes to successful cooperation and coordination between departments
  • Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips to all locations of the Paulaner Brewery Group
