Business Development Rep

• Develop and execute business development and marketing plans
• Collaborate with partners, business development, marketing, communications, and other internal stakeholders
• Track emerging-company fundraises and identify firm-wide connections, coordinating outreach
• Coordinate with Securities and Capital Markets to track IPO candidate pipelines
• Coordinate with Mergers & Acquisitions to identify likely acquisition targets
• Draft and produce high-quality new business pitches and proposals
• Collaborate with the global business development team on cross-selling initiatives
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, including practice overviews, web content, experience materials, and awards recognition
• Evaluate, execute, and manage sponsorship opportunities and partnerships, including post-event follow-up and ROI maximization
• Coordinate and prepare submissions for relevant practice awards and recognition
• Develop and oversee client events, webinars, seminars, and conferences
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on media relations and digital-marketing initiatives
• Contribute to department-wide efforts to improve business development processes and functions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
