About the role
- Oversee and assist offices with working on commercial jobs and communicating with customers
- Establish relationships with customers from the initial call, notifying of the job through daily updates
- Manage the progress of jobs through the job management system
- Provide assistance with cost estimating on the job
- Communicate with offices regularly to confirm job progress
Requirements
- Strong project management and customer service skills
- Experience in the insurance industry and structural damage estimating
- Bachelor's Degree in business, construction, construction management, insurance, or a relevant degree and/or experience
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant property insurance or restoration industry experience preferred
- Advanced operating knowledge of Xactimate
- Motivated and confident in handling commercial restoration jobs or claims
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
