Supporting customers through the implementation period via email and zoom
Working with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and handling of our customers

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
Natural ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities and issues
Exceptional communication skills
Experience with email routing and DNS management
Team player! We work together
Customer-centric, collaborative, responsive, and positive
Ability to work and thrive remotely
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (it would be great if you have this)
Experience working in the healthcare or other regulated industry (it would be great if you have this)
Familiarity with Hubspot (it would be great if you have this)
