About the role
- Onboarding new customers of all sizes, on all Paubox products
- Ensuring successful onboarding of new Paubox customers by defining and delivering on success metrics
- Supporting customers through the implementation period via email and zoom
- Working with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and handling of our customers
- Delivering an A+ customer experience all day, every day
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
- Natural ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities and issues
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience with email routing and DNS management
- Team player! We work together
- Customer-centric, collaborative, responsive, and positive
- Ability to work and thrive remotely
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (it would be great if you have this)
- Experience working in the healthcare or other regulated industry (it would be great if you have this)
- Familiarity with Hubspot (it would be great if you have this)
