About the role
- Developing and maintaining sales plan for the branch.
- Developing and implementing sales/marketing plans.
- Developing and managing vendor and customer relations.
- Managing the implementation of the sales strategies and tactics.
- Managing key accounts.
- Define and evaluate issues, develop methods, and revise procedures within established policies.
- Manages direct reports including the hiring, development, performance management, goal setting, and other managerial duties.
- Ensures direct reports are aware of and follow established business policies, practices, and Company’s Code of Conduct to create a supportive and productive working environment.
Requirements
- A four-year college degree.
- Thorough knowledge of the veterinary industry and vet practices.
- Prior experience in customer service and dealing directly with customers in a sales capacity.
- Prior knowledge of sales and asset management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Financial management experience.
