About the role

  • Own end-to-end financial processes, ensuring accurate GL reconciliations, journal entries, and comprehensive balance sheet and P&L reporting
  • Drive financial accuracy and margin integrity through AP reconciliation, brand chargebacks, margin calculations, and high-impact financial reporting
  • Collaborate with accounting team members and brand counterparts with supervision from the Brand Accounting Manager
  • Provide mentorship and meet with senior management for performance discussions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or related field
  • Demonstrate expertise in Excel and the accounts receivable cycle
  • Apply a deep, comprehensive understanding of complex contracts and the nuances between brand-to-brand agreements
  • Possess strong communication skills for dealing with external customers and managing the financial relationship
  • Maintaining strong brand relationships while simultaneously protecting Pattern's financial interests in collections
  • Be proactive and exhibit action for bias, taking initiative to figure out what needs to be done rather than waiting for specific direction
